TikTok personality Khaby Lame, known for his silent comedic skits and boasting over 162 million followers, has officially left the United States after being detained in Las Vegas by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for allegedly overstaying his visa.
According to an official ICE spokesperson, Lame arrived in the U.S. on April 30 and overstayed the conditions of his entry. He was not deported, but was instead allowed to voluntarily depart the country without a formal deportation order.

Lame’s detention and departure come amid heightened tensions surrounding President Donald Trump’s immigration laws, which have prompted widespread protests across major cities, including Los Angeles. The case has sparked discussions on how even global digital influencers are not exempt from strict U.S. immigration policies.
ICE emphasized that the process was carried out in line with current enforcement protocols, while sources close to Lame confirmed he has returned to his home country and remains active on social media, albeit outside the U.S.
